Twin Cities Rhythmic (TCR) is a newly established rhythmic gymnastics club in the northeast suburban of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Founded and coached by Margarita Mamzina, a former Russian National Team coach, the TCR engages in promoting rhythmic gymnastics - the most beautiful sport in a fun, joyful and friendly learning environment. Our girls are from all kinds of background and age groups. We offer both competition and non-competition programs. While competition is one of the most important parts of our competition team, we believe that rhythmic gymnastics is meant to exercise, entertain and touch the lives of people and gymnasts alike. We come together to be friends. With the generosities and supports from our parents, the girls proudly call our team - our family!
Right now, we are offering classes in Fridley/Spring Lake Park area. Classes include ballet, acrobatics, tumbling and apparatus work with ribbon, ball, hoop, jump rope and clubs. Postures, flexibility and coordination are emphasized in the classes. This is a wonderful sport for girls who enjoy dance and gymnastics. It is also a perfect conditioning class for dancers, gymnasts and skaters who would like to improve their flexibility and posture. Come and experience this popular and graceful sport! (We offer a free trial class so students can see exactly what this class involves!)

TCR is offering a new class for beginners. Class time is 10:00pm - 11:00 am, Saturdays.

May 11, 2008 - Cindy Lu won the All-around gold at 10th International Gymnastics Cup in Mol, Belgium. Also, she won gold medal in Hoop routine, and two silver medals in Floor and Rope routine. Congratulations!!!
April 27, 2008 - Cindy Lu won the second place in level 9 at 2008 Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior Olympics in Chicago.
April 25, 2008 - Serena Lu took the first place in level 8 at 2008 Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior Olympics in Chicago.
